Detail Description:
The Full body beekeeping suit made from high quality 3 layer foam mesh. The outer and inner layers are made of Polyester Cotton mesh. Sandwiched between these two layers is a single layer of spongy mesh. This inner layer serves to increase the overall thickness of the bee suit to about 1/4 inch. The thickness of the suit keeps bees well above your skin so there's less change of a successful sting. Although, the suit is made of permeable material so it provides a high degree of ventilation. So, if you live in hot region where climate get very hot in the bee season, then you really consider us.
The beekeeping veil is offered in fencing, round, square and Easy Access Veil style and can be unzipped and thrown back when not needed. It is zipped onto the suit, so you can remove it completely when necessary.
The suit has multiple pockets, two on the legs and two on the chest which fasten with Velcro. It also has two larger pockets at the waist. There are pockets on both sleeves for carrying hive tools (optional).
The cuffs and ankles are elasticized, and the waist is partially elasticized. The cuff includes at thumb hook so that cuffs are kept in place when putting on gloves. There is also elastic loop attached with each ankle band to cover the shoes and ensure the protection of legs from stings.
The suit zips up from the crotch to the veil and a Velcro flap covers the point where the zips meet. The batwing sleeves are designed for ease of movement.
